Permitted and strictly prohibited uses of Zawajuna.
This policy defines the permitted and prohibited uses of Zawajuna, operated by MUZCONNECT LLC. It supplements our Terms of Use and applies to all users.
Purpose
Zawajuna is a platform exclusively dedicated to religious marriage (nikah) according to the Quran and Sunnah. Any use diverted from this purpose is prohibited. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy.
Strictly prohibited uses
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate exclusion, without refund, and where applicable a report to the authorities:
- any form of human trafficking, sexual exploitation or abuse — including facilitating, aiding or encouraging them;
- any exploitation, solicitation or endangerment of minors; the platform is strictly reserved for adults (18 and over);
- any escort, prostitution or paid companionship service;
- any sexual, pornographic, obscene or suggestive content or remarks;
- any harassment, intimidation, threats, or hateful, discriminatory or violent remarks;
- any identity theft, fake profile, romance scam or financial fraud;
- any spam, canvassing, advertising, commercial solicitation or fundraising;
- any distribution of illegal, counterfeit or infringing content;
- any unauthorized collection of other members' data;
- any attempt to bypass moderation, hack or disrupt the service.
Verification and enforcement
Exchanges are subject to human moderation. Every user can block a member and report any content or behavior contrary to this policy.
Zawajuna reserves the right to suspend, exclude or delete any account breaching these rules, and will cooperate with the competent authorities in the event of illegal activity.
