Refund & Cancellation
Our rules for billing, renewal and refunds of subscriptions.
Zawajuna, operated by MUZCONNECT LLC, offers a monthly subscription giving access to the platform's premium features. This policy sets out the terms of billing, cancellation and refunds.
Prices and subscription
The premium subscription is offered at EUR 3.90/month for sisters and EUR 9.90/month for brothers. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of subscription. Prices are subject to change, with no effect on the period already paid for.
Automatic renewal
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically: it is charged each month, on the anniversary date, until cancelled by the user. The amount and date of the next payment are shown at all times in your "Subscription" area.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, directly from your "Subscription" area in the application. Cancellation ends automatic renewal.
You keep access to premium features until the end of the period already paid for. At the end of that period, no further payment is taken.
When unsubscribing, you choose what happens to your profile: keep it visible for free, deactivate it, or delete it permanently.
Refund
Amounts already paid for the current subscription period are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect for future installments and stops any subsequent charge.
No refund may be claimed in the event of temporary unavailability of the platform, nor in the event of exclusion following a breach of our Terms of Use.
In the event of a double charge, a billing error or a clearly unauthorized debit, contact us: the situation will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
European Union consumers
As the digital services are supplied and accessible immediately after subscription, you expressly request their immediate performance. In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed with your prior agreement. Your mandatory rights as a consumer remain preserved.
Payment and bank statement
Payments are securely processed by our payment provider. A label referring to our payment partner may appear on your bank statement; it corresponds to your Zawajuna subscription. If you have any doubt about a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank, so that we can help you quickly.
