How competent authorities can submit a legal request to Zawajuna.
Zawajuna, operated by MUZCONNECT LLC (Wyoming, United States), cooperates with the competent authorities within the framework of the law. This page describes how to submit a legal request.
Point of contact
Law enforcement requests must be sent in writing to contact@zawajuna.com, with the subject "Law Enforcement Request", from an official address of the requesting authority.
Required legal process
Any request to disclose data must be based on valid legal process (subpoena, warrant, court order or equivalent instrument depending on the jurisdiction). As MUZCONNECT LLC is a Wyoming company, international requests may require the appropriate mutual legal assistance channels.
Information to provide
To process your request, please include:
- the identity and official contact details of the requesting authority;
- the legal basis for the request;
- the precise identifier of the account concerned (email address or Zawajuna ID);
- the specific data requested and the relevant period;
- the requested response deadline.
Emergency requests
In the event of an imminent danger of death or serious injury to a person, clearly indicate "EMERGENCY" in the subject line and describe the nature of the emergency. Such requests are handled as a priority.
Available data and retention
The data that may be disclosed is limited to what is actually collected: account and profile data, email address, technical logs. No photos are collected. Certain data is deleted or anonymized when the account is closed, subject to legal retention obligations.
Preservation and notification
Upon a reasoned request, we may preserve data pending legal process. Zawajuna may notify the affected user of a request concerning them, unless legally prohibited or where doing so would risk an investigation or a person's safety.
